One improvement for aluminum foil containers packing way

This is a new packing way for us, 20pcs PET clear lids+20pcs half size Foil Containers for one of our Australia customer.

How to gain this packing outlook? Let’s explain you step by step

1.We put the clear lids on the trays as the cust’s request, but we found that it is quite easy to damaged the trays while shrink them together, so we put the lids under the tray as photos showed. 

2.From the start, we use 3C thickness film to pack the products, it is strong, but the outlook is  not as beautiful as we imagined, so we tried 2.5C thickness film, then the products are more beautiful than 3C packing.  

3.After one day, our engineer suggested to try 2C thickness film to pack, the result is much better than we imagined, that is what we showed you for now. 

From this details, we improved our packing way to match our customer’s request, maybe better than they hoped. Meanwhile, our workers, our team become more confident too.
